Telework Policy document by the State of AZ

While it's a little bit vague in some places, the State of Arizona has a fairly thorough and succinct telework policy that you can use as a guide. When your company sets up telework you'll need an overall telework policy, telework guidelines (more specific than the policy form) and a telework agreement signed by each teleworker and her or his immediate supervisor.
